Xu's teaching offers Chi Gong and Tai Chi as embodied practices for everyday life. Rooted in gentleness, presence, and joy, the work supports nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and living with greater ease. Through consistent practice, students are invited into a process of transformation, allowing the body to reorganize, soften, and integrate from within, with the body as the primary teacher.
This offering is for those seeking greater health, mobility, and ease, along with a deeper connection to nature and to themselves. Through gentle, accessible practice, it supports self-healing, embodied awareness, and inner transformation.
It is open to everyone, beginners and experienced practitioners alike. You are invited to arrive exactly as you are and allow the practice to meet you there, unfolding gradually through listening, presence, and lived experience.

Taoist Guided Meditation
This guided meditation series is rooted in Taoist tradition, designed to reconnect you with your body, your mind, and the deeper source within.
Recorded live or in studio, it is part of Inner Chi Gong, where we use intention to guide chi—circulating it through the body and extending it outward to connect with different sources for inspiration and grounding.
